Fair questions
Do you take commission?
No. Never. Your shop pays a simple monthly subscription, and customers pay a small flat service fee on online orders. We do not take a percentage of anything, and we never mark up your menu.
What hardware do I need?
An Android tablet runs the whole POS. Add a standard thermal printer for kitchen tickets and receipts, with cash drawer support, and optionally a USB caller-ID box or VoIP line for the caller pop-up. You can also manage the shop from your phone.
Does it work when the internet goes down?
Yes. Offline mode keeps the counter running. Orders queue on the tablet, kitchen tickets still print, and everything syncs automatically when your broadband comes back.
Can my drivers use it?
Yes. Driver mode is built into the same app. Invite drivers by email, assign them orders, and both you and the customer see their live GPS position until the food arrives.
How do payouts work?
Online takings are paid to your bank weekly, with a statement that shows every order. You can watch earnings live on the tablet, and end-of-day Z-Reports break down cash, card and online.
Can I keep taking Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats orders?
